This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or legal obligations. Any updates will become effective once published on this website.

1. Project Scope & Services
Every renovation project begins with a clearly defined scope of work outlining the agreed design, renovation, construction, and finishing services. Any work requested outside the approved proposal will be treated as additional work and may require a revised quotation and timeline.

2. Design Consultation & Client Approval
Design concepts, layouts, drawings, material selections, and visual presentations must receive written approval before construction begins. Client approval confirms acceptance of the proposed design direction and project specifications.

3. Revisions & Change Requests
Changes requested after project approval or during construction may affect project costs, material requirements, and completion schedules. All modifications will be documented and approved before implementation.

4. Materials & Product Selection
Materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings, and furnishings will be sourced according to the approved design specification. Product availability may vary, and equivalent alternatives may be recommended when necessary while maintaining design quality.

5. Project Schedule & Completion
Estimated project timelines are prepared based on the approved scope of work. Construction schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, supplier delays, regulatory approvals, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Site Access & Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property throughout the renovation period. Any restrictions affecting work progress should be communicated before project commencement.

7. Permits & Regulatory Compliance
Where applicable, renovation work will comply with relevant building regulations and local construction requirements. Required permits and approvals will be managed according to the agreed project responsibilities.

8. Health & Safety Standards
Strict safety procedures are maintained throughout construction to protect workers, homeowners, visitors, and surrounding property. Clients are encouraged to avoid active construction areas during working hours.

9. Quality Assurance
Every project undergoes continuous quality inspections during construction and a comprehensive final review before project completion to ensure workmanship meets professional standards.

10. Payments & Billing
Payment schedules are based on agreed project milestones. Invoices are issued according to completed stages of work, and payments are expected within the agreed payment terms unless otherwise specified.

11. Warranty & Aftercare
Workmanship is supported by a limited warranty covering installation quality for the agreed warranty period. The warranty does not extend to normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or third-party modifications made after project completion.

12. Final Handover & Project Completion
Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted to confirm that the project has been delivered according to the approved scope. Any agreed finishing items will be documented before formal project handover and completion.
